These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Walk-In Hub platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the platform independently. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company, college, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the platform
Walk-In Hub is designed to help job seekers discover verified walk-in job opportunities and to help recruiters publish and manage their walk-in events. We do not guarantee employment, interview selection, or outcomes from any listing shown on the platform.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating an account or posting a walk-in.
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Not scrape, resell, or misuse the data on the platform, including job listings and recruiter details.
4. Recruiter & company obligations
If you are a recruiter, HR representative, or company posting on Walk-In Hub, you agree that:
- All job details (role, salary range when mentioned, venue, date, and eligibility) are accurate and not misleading.
- You will promptly update or cancel a posting if the walk-in is filled, postponed, or cancelled.
- You will not post fake, scam, or abusive listings. We reserve the right to remove such postings and permanently ban associated accounts.
5. Verification & removal of listings
We perform reasonable checks to reduce fake or low-quality walk-in posts, but we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every opportunity. We may edit, hide, or remove any listing that appears suspicious, violates these Terms, or has been reported by users.
6. No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes
While we aim to provide accurate and timely information, the details of walk-in events (timings, venue, eligibility, compensation, etc.) are ultimately controlled by the recruiters or companies. You should independently verify critical details before travelling or making important decisions.
7. Fees and payments
Parts of the Service may be free, while additional features (such as premium placements for walk-ins) may be offered as paid services in the future. Any applicable pricing, billing cycle, and refund policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
8. Prohibited activities
- Posting fraudulent, abusive, or discriminatory jobs.
- Impersonating another person or organization without permission.
- Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- Automated scraping or bulk copying of listings without written consent.
9. Intellectual property
The Walk-In Hub name, logo, and platform design, as well as the underlying software and content we create, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walk-In Hub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any listing shown on the platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behaviour, or posed a risk to other users or the platform.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you via the platform or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
